Outlook 2025 Open Shared Calendar. Every mailbox comes with one calendar by default. If you don't see add calendar, at the right end of the ribbon, select add > open shared.
Click on the shared calendar you want to share and choose “sharing and permissions.” Open an email with a shared calendar and select accept.
